This crockpot recipe for boneless ribs will leave your mouth watering and your house smelling delicious when you get home from work. Serve over mashed potatoes and with any veggies. I sometimes cook green beans with the pork ribs.

Ingredients

  • ½ teaspoon steak seasoning, or to taste

  • ½ teaspoon garlic salt, or to taste

  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper, or to taste

  • ¼ teaspoon chili powder, or to taste (Optional)

  • 1 (4 pound) package boneless country-style pork ribs

  • 1 cup barbecue sauce

  • ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce

  • ¼ cup soy sauce

  • ¼ cup teriyaki sauce

  • ¼ cup orange juice

  • 2 dashes hot pepper sauce, or to taste

Directions

  1. Mix together steak seasoning, garlic salt, black pepper, and chili powder in a small bowl until combined. Rub over ribs and place into the bottom of a slow cooker. Pour in barbecue sauce, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, orange juice, and hot pepper sauce. Liquid should not cover ribs completely.

  2. Cook on Low until ribs are tender, about 8 hours.

Cook’s Note

This is another one of my recipes that is eyeballed. It can be adjusted easily depending on the size of your slow cooker and how many ribs you are using.
