By Allrecipes Member Published on August 4, 2021 Save Rate Print Share Trending Videos Close this video player Add Photo Servings: 4 Yield: 4 servings Jump to Nutrition Facts Ingredients 1 box Barilla PLUS® Elbows 1 cup broccoli florets 4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided 1 ¾ cups 2% milk 1 ½ cups freshly grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, divided ¼ cup onion, minced 4 eggs, lightly beaten 1 teaspoon salt to taste 1 pinch Freshly ground black pepper Directions Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cook PLUS® Elbows for 7 minutes. Add broccoli and continue cooking 2 additional minutes. Drain and mix together, elbows, broccoli, 3 cups of mozzarella cheese, milk, 3/4 cup of Parmigiano cheese, onion, eggs and seasonings in a large bowl. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining Parmigiano and mozzarella cheeses. Cover and bake for 40 minutes. Remove and let rest 10 minutes before serving.
