Ingredients

  • 2 cups So Delicious® Dairy Free Sugar-Free Vanilla Coconut Milk

  • 2 scoops dairy-free vanilla protein powder

  • 1 cup frozen honeydew melon

  • 1 cup frozen mango

  • ½ frozen banana

  • 2 cups packed fresh spinach

  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds

Directions

  1. Pour coconut milk into a blender, and add protein powder and chia seeds while mixing for a few seconds. Let the mixture sit for 5-10 minutes to allow the chia seeds to gel. Add fruit and blend.
