Grease a 10 1/2" x 15 1/2" jellyroll pan. Combine pretzels, cereal and nuts in a large bowl. Microwave caramels and water in a microwave safe bowl on HIGH for 21/2 minutes or until melted, stirring after 1 1/2 minutes. Pour caramel mixture over pretzel mixture; stir until well coated.
