Drain couscous of any broth that did not absorb while cooking. Stir couscous, cranberries, sunflower seed kernels, walnuts, and almonds together in a bowl. Whisk vinegar, syrup, salt, and pepper together in a small bowl; drizzle over couscous mixture and toss to coat.
