Ingredients

  • 4 sugar-free vanilla pudding cups (such as Jell-O®)

  • 1 ⅓ cups fat-free whipped topping (such as Cool Whip®)

  • ½ cup sugar-free strawberry preserves

  • ¼ cup crushed reduced-fat vanilla wafers, or to taste

Directions

  1. Mix pudding, whipped topping, and strawberry preserves together in a bowl. Pour pudding mixture into an 8-inch square dish and spread crushed vanilla wafers over the top; freeze until firm, at least 4 hours.
