This is one of my favorite drinks to make when having a family breakfast or before/after a workout! You could add ice or cinnamon to your drink if you want more than just a regular smoothie.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk, or more to taste

  • 1 ½ cups strawberries

  • 1 cup white sugar

  • ¼ cup oats, or more to taste

  • 1 egg

Directions

  1. Blend milk, strawberries, sugar, oats, and egg together in a blender until smooth and creamy.
