Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole milk

  • 1 tablespoon white sugar

  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger

Directions

  1. Cook milk, sugar, and ground ginger in a saucepan over medium heat until milk becomes foamy, about 5 minutes. Remove from the heat.

  2. Strain through a fine-mesh strainer into a mug.
