Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

  • 2 tablespoons sour cream

  • 2 teaspoons curry powder

  • 1 (8 ounce) jar mango chutney (such as Major Grey®), chunks removed

  • 1 cup shredded coconut, or to taste

  • ½ cup chopped cashews, or to taste

  • 4 green onions, chopped, or to taste

Directions

  1. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, and curry powder together in a bowl; spread mixture onto the middle of a plate. Top cream cheese mixture with a layer of chutney, a layer of coconut, a layer of cashews, and a layer of green onions.

Cook's Notes:

I like to use Major Grey's for the chutney.

You may also make the cream cheese spread ahead of time.

Serve at room temperature.
