  • cheese
  • puff pastry
  • tarragon
  • parsley
  • garlic
  • shallot
  • egg yolk

Method

  • STEP 1
    chop shallot, garlic, parsly and tarragon, preheat the oven at 200C
  • STEP 2
    cook the fish and put it on a sheet of puff pastry at the herbs, garlic, shallot and grated cheese.
  • STEP 3
    Make envelopes shapes and put egg yolk on the edges
  • STEP 4
    bake for 15 minutes or until the pastry starts turning brown
  • STEP 5
