Method
- STEP 1chop shallot, garlic, parsly and tarragon, preheat the oven at 200C
- STEP 2cook the fish and put it on a sheet of puff pastry at the herbs, garlic, shallot and grated cheese.
- STEP 3Make envelopes shapes and put egg yolk on the edges
- STEP 4bake for 15 minutes or until the pastry starts turning brown
