Ingredients

  • 226g Unsalted Butter
  • 226g Caster Sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 226g Self Raising Flour
  • Milk (if needed)

Method

  • STEP 1
    Cream the butter and Sugar together.
  • STEP 2
    Add the Flour followed by the eggs.
  • STEP 3
    Add extra milk until its quite runny.
  • STEP 4
    Turn on the oven to 180C
  • STEP 5
    Cook for 1 hour
