Marshmallow Creme Filling

  • 1 cup butter, softened

  • 1 tablespoon vanilla

  • 4 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 13 ounce jar marshmallow creme

  • Milk

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. In a large bowl beat butter with a mixer on medium to high 30 seconds. Add granulated sugar, baking powder, and cinnamon. Beat until combined, scraping bowl as needed. Beat in egg and vanilla. Beat in as much of the flour as you can with the mixer. Stir in any remaining flour and the graham cracker crumbs.

  2. Force unchilled dough through a cookie press fitted with a flower disk 1 inch apart onto ungreased cookie sheets. If desired, sprinkle cookies with cinnamon-sugar.
