Great recipe. I've been making this for parties for almost 10 years and it gets devoured by everyone, at every party for which I make it. To the review below mine.... Of course you gave it 3 stars.... you failed to use the main ingredient. Would you rate a meatball recipe with only 3 stars if you substituted meat with tofu???
As many other posters commented, this was easy to make. But I found it bland. Now, I did deviate somewhate from the recipe. Asiago cheese was rather pricey, so I used a 4 cheese Italian blend (with Asiago in it) and cream cheese instead of sour cream. And I admit that I like spicy foods. I think that it may be fine for those with taste buds a little....less adventurous than mine.
