I made this and it was a hit! It was easy to follow and I plan on making it again.

A restaurant quality meal that is easy to prepare. I have a large enough pan that I cooked all the chicken breast at once. I use less oil than called for, as well as light cream and sun-dried tomatoes that were not packed in oil to make a healthier version. Everyone loved it and asked that I make it again soon. The broccoli was good, but not as big of a hit. I'll probably skip preparing it next time.
