followed recipe (except for the lemon rind) - very easy and delish - elegant enough for guests - wonderful light meal for a summer night
This recipe is great! I have made it several times for guests and it has gotten rave reviews. I follow the recipe except I normally use the juice of a whole lemon (about 1/4 cup) and a little more prosciutto (about 5 oz).
I didn't follow the recipe exactly, as I was just making it for myself with some asparagus that needed to get eaten. I used all the same ingredients (except bacon instead of prosciutto since that's what I had on hand) and estimated the proportions for one. The flavors were great and it was very fast and easy. Will definitely be making again.
