Made in under 30 minutes, this is such a quick and easy breakfast addition. Freshly shredded cheese is a must for these sausage balls, which have become a traditional favorite during the holiday. This three-ingredient recipe is the perfect finger food for Christmas morning when children are too excited to sit down for breakfast, but it's also a great choice for breakfast and brunch any time of the year.

Chef's Notes

These sausage balls would make the perfect side dish for any breakfast casserole or quiche recipe. Make them super spicy or super cheesy. You could even make them have a mapley, sweet taste with some maple syrup added into the mix.
