Ingredients

  • 8 oz. Havarti cheese, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 small apple, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 small pear, thinly sliced
  • 4 slices whole-grain bread, toasted
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped walnuts, toasted
