Ingredients

  • 1 pkg (8 oz) fat-free cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 2 tablespoons skim milk
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 3 small green onions, sliced
  • 1 can (6 oz) crabmeat, drained, flaked

Steps

    In medium bowl, beat cream cheese with fork. Add butter; beat until blended. Add all remaining ingredients; mix well. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate until serving time.

    If refrigerated, let spread stand at room temperature for 1 hour before serving. If desired, sprinkle with paprika. Serve with assorted fat-free crackers or cut-up fresh vegetables.
