Ingredients

  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped roasted red bell peppers (from 7-oz jar)
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • Fresh cilantro sprig
  • Bite-size round tortilla chips

Steps

    In medium bowl, mix all ingredients except cilantro sprig and tortilla chips. Spoon into serving bowl. Garnish with cilantro sprig.

    Serve immediately with tortilla chips, or cover and refrigerate until serving time. If refrigerated, let stand 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
