Ingredients
- 1 Ripe Bannana
- 1/4 cup of Rasberries
- 1/4 cup of Blackberries
- 1/4 cup of Blueberries
- 1/4 cup of Strawberries
- 250/300ml of Orange juice
- Optional
(1 serving of Strawberry FORMULA 1 for added Nutrition and Weight Managment)
- Honey and Natural Yoghurt
Method
- STEP 1Wash the Berries
- STEP 2Chop the Bannana
- STEP 3Place all ingredients in the blender
- STEP 4Blend for approx. 1 minute or until the lumps have gone.
