Ingredients
- 1 pack of Seafood & Eat It Brown Crab
- 3 Red Peppers
- 1 teaspoon of Capers
- 1 Lemon
- A handful of Basil
- 1 pickled Gherkin
- 1 Tin of Cannellini Beans
Method
- STEP 1Blitz 1 red pepper with the crab, gherkin, capers, basil and lemon juice until you've reached an even texture.
- STEP 2Roughly mash the beans and mix with the crab mixture.
- STEP 3Stuff the mix into the peppers and bake in the oven.
