Ingredients

  • 1 pack of Seafood & Eat It Brown Crab
  • 3 Red Peppers
  • 1 teaspoon of Capers
  • 1 Lemon
  • A handful of Basil
  • 1 pickled Gherkin
  • 1 Tin of Cannellini Beans

Method

  • STEP 1
    Blitz 1 red pepper with the crab, gherkin, capers, basil and lemon juice until you've reached an even texture.
  • STEP 2
    Roughly mash the beans and mix with the crab mixture.
  • STEP 3
    Stuff the mix into the peppers and bake in the oven.
