Ingredients

  • 75g wholemeal or plain flour
  • 200g butter
  • 125g caster sugar
  • 3 1/2 tsp honey
  • 1 heaped tbsp mixed peel
  • 150g porridge/rolled oats

Method

  • STEP 1
    Preheat the oven to gas mark 5/180C.
  • STEP 2
    Mix all of the ingredients together.
  • STEP 3
    Grease a square baking tin and pour mix into tin.
  • STEP 4
    Bake for 35-55 minutes or until slightly golden brown.
  • STEP 5
    Leave to cool, then cut into small quares.
  • STEP 6
    Enjoy!
