Ingredients
Fennel salad:
- ÃÂý fennel (115 g)
- 1 lemon
- 1 shallot (20 g)
- 1 tbsp fresh dill
- 2 tbsp water cress
Chive mayonnaise:
- 1 pasteurized egg yolk
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1ÃÂý dl rapeseed oil
- 2 tbsp chives
- 4 slices spelt bread (or similar bread)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 can Officer Smoked Cod Liver in own oil (120 g)
- Salt
- Pepper

- STEP 1Cut the fennel in thin slivers and put in a bowl.
