Ingredients

Fennel salad:

  • ÃÂý fennel (115 g)
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 shallot (20 g)
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill
  • 2 tbsp water cress

Chive mayonnaise:

  • 1 pasteurized egg yolk
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1ÃÂý dl rapeseed oil
  • 2 tbsp chives
  • 4 slices spelt bread (or similar bread)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 can Officer Smoked Cod Liver in own oil (120 g)
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Method

  • STEP 1
    Cut the fennel in thin slivers and put in a bowl.
