  • 1 tbsp Of Butter/Margarine/Oil
  • 2 Eggs
  • Salt And Pepper To Tast

Method

  • STEP 1
    In a frying pan add/melt the oil/butter/margarine on a medium heat. Crack two eggs and add them to the pan. Fry for 1min each side, flip with a spatula, once they have turned white and set serve. Add salt and pepper to taste.
