Ingredients
- Green Shimla Chills-6
- Groundnuts-10 to 15
- Coconut- 1 tbsp
- mustard- 1/2 tsp
- Oil- 3tbsp
- tamarind- 1 medium lemon size
- til seeds (yellu)- 1tsp
- jaggery- 2 pinches
- red chilli - 1
salt- for taste
- Water- 2cups
Method
- STEP 1Cut 2 green shimla chilies horizontally
- STEP 2grind- remaining chilies, tamarind, til seeds, jaggery, red chilli, coconut, groundnuts
- STEP 3take oil in the pan, add mustard and let it sparkle and then add the chilli pieces and let it fry.
- STEP 4later add the mixer to the pan and then mix it and add water and let it boil for 5 mins.
- STEP 5add salt for taste and mix well and can be served with rice
