Ingredients

  • Green Shimla Chills-6
  • Groundnuts-10 to 15
  • Coconut- 1 tbsp
  • mustard- 1/2 tsp
  • Oil- 3tbsp
  • tamarind- 1 medium lemon size
  • til seeds (yellu)- 1tsp
  • jaggery- 2 pinches
  • red chilli - 1

salt- for taste

  • Water- 2cups

Method

  • STEP 1
    Cut 2 green shimla chilies horizontally
  • STEP 2
    grind- remaining chilies, tamarind, til seeds, jaggery, red chilli, coconut, groundnuts
  • STEP 3
    take oil in the pan, add mustard and let it sparkle and then add the chilli pieces and let it fry.
  • STEP 4
    later add the mixer to the pan and then mix it and add water and let it boil for 5 mins.
  • STEP 5
    add salt for taste and mix well and can be served with rice
