Ingredients

  • 4 fresh ripe figs
  • 2 large handfuls of baby spinach and watercress
  • 125g buffalo mozzarella
  • 4-6 slices of parma ham
  • 1 ripe pear *optional
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp acacia honey
  • A little salt and black pepper

Method

  • STEP 1
    Place the spinach and watercress in a large salad bowl
  • STEP 2
    Cut each fig into six segments and add
  • STEP 3
    Tear and add the mozzarella
  • STEP 4
    Tear and add the parma ham
  • STEP 5
    Cut the pear into slivers and add
  • STEP 6
    Dress with the oil, vinegar, honey and seasoning
