Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- hand full of green beans
- 2 cloves of garlic crushed
- 1 large onion finly chopped
- 1 red pepper
- 1 tin of coconut milk
- 2 green chillies
- 4 tbsp thai green curry paste
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
Method
- STEP 1add the chopped onion, crushed garlic and green chillies to a pan and gently cook
- STEP 2add the chicken and red pepper, season with salt and pepper, cook the chicken through
- STEP 3add the thai green curry paste
- STEP 4add coconut milk
- STEP 5add the green beans and simmer for further ten minutes
